This page describes how CourtTalent Tennis Tracker ("CourtTalent", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards personal data provided by account holders.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and (for social sign-in) the identifier and avatar returned by the provider.
- Tennis data you enter: player profiles, opponent profiles, tournament details, match metadata, points, and notes.
- Technical data: timestamps, IP address at request time, and user-agent, retained in security logs.
How we use it
- Provide the match-tracking service and show you your own history.
- Protect the service (rate limiting, abuse prevention, audit logging).
- Respond to support requests you initiate.
How we store it
Data is stored on our managed cloud backend, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to production data is restricted and logged.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is not shared with third parties except processors necessary to run the service (hosting, auth provider) under contract.
Your rights
- Access & export: download a JSON export of your data from Settings.
- Deletion: permanently delete your account and all associated match data from Settings.
- Correction: edit any profile, match, or note in the app at any time.
Retention
We retain your data until you delete your account. Security/audit logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Children
Accounts are for coaches, parents, or players 13+. Junior player profiles created inside an account are managed by the account holder.
