Acceptable use

• Only enter data about matches you are entitled to record.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or the service infrastructure.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify the operator immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

Service availability

CourtTalent is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

No AI training or model development

CourtTalent content — including page copy, match reports, exported summaries, and shared match pages — may not be scraped, copied, or otherwise used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or evaluate artificial intelligence or machine-learning models without our prior written permission.

• Automated access for the purpose of building datasets, training corpora, or model evaluation sets is not a permitted use.
• This restriction applies whether the collection is direct or through a third-party crawler, aggregator, or dataset vendor.
• Search-engine indexing and AI answer engines citing CourtTalent with attribution and a link are welcome.

We also do not use your match data to train AI models — see the Privacy Policy.

Data

See our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtTalent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
